I'd like to unsubscribe from your mailing list. What should I do?
The best way to remove yourself is to click on the unsubscribe link at the end of any message from us. That way, you can be sure that correct address is removed from our free mailing list. Professional Members: Please note that if you wish to discontinue Professional Membership of Freelance Work Exchange (paid subscription), you will need to cancel your membership separately by clicking here.
How can I change the email address that is registered on your mailing list?
Just click on the unsubscribe link at the end of any message sent by us. You will be taken to a page where you can amend your details.
Why can't I click on the links in your newsletter?
This generally only applies to AOL users. Because AOL has chosen to use a different email system to everyone else on the planet, you can't click on email links. But if you cut and paste the link into your browser, it should work fine.
How can I cancel my Professional Membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time at:

You can remove your name from this list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the end of any message from us. Cancelling via the above links is instant, so we advise that you use these.
Can people join from anywhere in the world?
Yes, we welcome freelancers from all over the world. Although the majority of jobs are US based, many can be undertaken remotely. Please note, however, that our payment processor, iBill, does not accept payment from certain countries. If this applies to you, you can use one of the alternative payment methods as listed below. Remember, our program is available for freelancers and work and home professionals anywhere in the world, no matter where you may be. If you are unsure, don't be. We accecpt members from everywhere!
Do you take commissions on any money I earn?
No, we don't take any portion of money you earn through our program. You only pay your subscription fee, and anything you make, you keep!
